Here’s what our Bellflower’s sommelier Jenn Lucier has to say about the Tiziano Chianti: “Jammy red fruits, cedar, baking spices, and slight herbaceousness on the nose. Medium bodied with moderate acidity and flavors of cherries, balsamic, cedar, spice, and tobacco on the backend. This is a wine that will benefit from a little time being open. Pairing suggestions: ossocbuco, grilled meat, mushroom lasagna, roasted fennel and garlic, pizza with meat, vegetables, tomato sauce.”
And here, if you’ve yet to try one, is what Bellflower regular Amy Probst has to say abut the pepperoni rolls: “Bellflower pepperoni rolls are so many layers of perfection it feels like a childhood holiday the entire time you’re eating one. That fresh-baked milk bread, totally shiny on top like a movie, tan and crusty and sparkly jewels of sea salt stuck to it, and all cotton candy fluffy chewy inside. But what’s this!? Big slices of zippy, juicy pepperoni all rolled in, greasing it up just so that you kinda wanna make out with the damn thing but you’re too busy chewing. And the best part?
