On March 5, we will be celebrating our long-awaited six month anniversary here at Bellflower. To mark the occasion, we’re going to be firing up our smoker, making some well-deserved celebratory cocktails, and cooking up some of our all-time favorites. Here, for those of you who would like to join us in celebrating having made it through the winter, is what you’ll get in the Bellflower Smokerfest package.
- A whole Smoked Amish Chicken with Alabama White BBQ Sauce
- Two of Our Andouille Smoked Sausages
- Cheesy Grits with Hominy
- Sautéed Greens
- Warm Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
- A Pearl Street Manhattan made from Hunter Rye, sweet vermouth, Dom Benedictine, and Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6. (makes two cocktails)
We’re particularly excited about this package because it’s the first time we’ll be sharing our take on Alabama White BBQ Sauce. As Bellflower’s James Andrews says, “There’s nothing better on smoked chicken than our creamy, tangy, white barbecue sauce, and we know you’re going to love the combination as much as we do.”
The Bellflower Smokerfest package, which is made to serve two or more, is $98 with the Pearl Street Manhattan (must be 21 years old to order), and $86 without. Offer good while supplies last. These packages will be available for pickup from 5:00 onward on Friday, March 5.
